Food is fantastic! My favorite is the Fried Rice although the ramen is pretty damn good. Have not tried the bbq but look forward to my next visit. Super casual, reminds me of big city Asian take out with inside eating. Must try! My rating is on the food! Long review: The food is great; service is good, atmosphere is come as you are and below is my breakdown. Ramen is great with the pork based broth simmered with 16 hrs of attention and care resulting in delicious tender pork and rich broth. You have a choice of broth but I recommend the Tan Tan. Appetizers are really good with incredibly fresh calamari that is fried yet tender. The spring rolls are tasty and the pork buns are good; light and airy with a slice of that incredible pork. My son said this was his favorite! Surprisingly they have Kim Chee that was fresh and not a hint of sourness (IYKYK). Sides served with the combo: the Fried Rice is the best in town! As an Asian American it reminds me of how my mother would make it at home and is my personal reason for which I will return. Atmosphere: At first I was confused because the place was packed and there was a line at the counter. Interior reminds me of an eat-in take out that can seat about 35 people. Fountain drinks available and self serve with a small selection of Asian specialty drinks refrigerated. Utensils are all plastic including the bowls and plates; nothing fancy so when you get a craving for Ramen after work, after the gym or working outside no worries here.
Delicious!! We got chicken and pork tonkotsu ramen and they were both outstanding! Our dumplings were delicious, some of the best dumplings I’ve had in the area. And the staff was very kind, and very patient as I tried to navigate what to order for two of my more selective children (who ended up with sides of plain rice and sides of plain noodles haha). We finished our meal with the Hawaiian donuts which were so tasty! A great experience I’ll definitely be back!
Great portion size. The service was good. Wish I'd ordered something else though, the fried fish and shrimp wasn't bad, but lacked flavor. The short rib was very good though and enjoyed the side salad. Very clean. Will be back to try some other menu options Edit: Have eaten here again and enjoyed the beef and grilled chicken. 4 star to a 5 star. Will say the fountain Dr pepper tasted odd though.
Food was great!! Surprised at the amount of food that came with the order. We did end up over ordering lol (i thought the portions would be small). My wife and kids had the tonkotsu and shoyu ramen both were very tasty. It came in HUGE bowl amazing! I had the grilled beef with rice also yummy. Appetizers were the gyoza musubi so very tasty and we also had the pork bun extremely tasty. Also servers were very attentive to our needs. I would definitely come here again when we’re in the neighborhood.
The food is amazing!! Strongly recommend if you ever have a craving for ramen. I got the combo with ramen and shrimp katsu which was great value
The food was amazing. I'm an unapologetic food snob. The restaurant was in a strip mall, which completely threw me off. However, I decided to go in anyway and was pleasantly surprised. From the first moment I stepped into the restaurant, I received a warm welcome. The waitress was great and patient, walking me through the menu. I ordered a little bit of everything. The soup was good, pork was tender, chicken, and steak was flavorful. My only regret is not leaving room for dessert. I will definitely be back and invite others to give this gem a try.
I got the kalua pork with cabbage and macaroni salad. It was delicious! The waitress was friendly and on top of things
Called ahead and they were nice on phone and in person. Food was absolutely amazing and they helped me craft a meal that would work for my vegetarian diet. the building was in a convenient location with plenty of parking. The restaurant was very clean and pretty inside. The price was very reasonable 2 people for about 40 is great. Service was wonderful and some of the regulars even made nice suggestions and raved about the place (it was our first time) Portions were filling, had some to take home! Thanks for the great time, best wishes for the establishment!
